Lindsay Riley, PhD

Postdoctoral Fellow

She’s still not done… Lindsay completed her PhD in the Segura Lab where she worked on the first entirely computational project in the lab. She developed a novel software called LOVAMAP that applies principles from graph theory and computational geometry to analyze the void space of MAP scaffolds. Now she is staying in the Segura Lab as a postdoc to pursue a wet lab project that aligns with her interests in dermatology before joining Duke’s School of Medicine to finish her MD. If you get a chance to meet her, you can ask her how moving to Durham, NC ultimately led to a childhood dream-come-true.
